Where do I turn in my forms?
You can turn in your payment, passport copy, and medical form at the following locations:
Friday at LOFT. See Scott or Anna.
Saturday at SOAR. See Theresa or George.
Sunday at SCF Hongqiao. See Scott outside the youth service room.
Sunday at SCF Hengshan. See Suzana.
You may also turn in your forms at the SCF office at 777 Ling Ling Rd, Building 86-101 during office hours. Please call ahead to verify someone will be around; 6441-2568 ext. 15.
