REBOOT Information

The power of media in our culture today greatly influences the way we look at the world. Obvious and subtle messages are presented as to how we should act and what we should think. Some of these messages are good, but others are bad, not keeping with what God tells us through the Bible. But because the media influences are everywhere, it's hard to tell which are good and which are bad. During this week of REBOOT, we will remove the media influence in our lives and focus on what the Bible has to say about right and wrong. After this week, we will all be better able to see the sin in the world around us.
Romans 12:2 - Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is - his good, pleasing and perfect will.

In the devo packet, there are some links to songs and information online that we think would be helpful for you as you go through the devotions. It may be difficult to type in the entire address as listed in the packet, so we are including the links here for convenience. 
NOTE: If you look at this stuff during REBOOT, be very, very careful not to get distracted and look at a whole bunch of other stuff in the process. These links take you directly to the media, as much as is possible, to keep distractions to a minimum, but don't follow any other links unless necessary to access the media.
NOTE 2: Yes, we are aware of the irony of promoting media during a program where you aren't supposed to be using media, but we want to say media is not bad, it's the content that can be a problem. And this media - content is good!
